I Lied & Said I Was Busy | My Sunday System

I lied and said I was busy. I was busy, but not in a way most people understand. Did you ever hear that to take care of someone else, you gotta take care of yourself first? If this was an emergency on a plane, the crew would tell you to put your mask on first and then assist others. I think we might just be on a plane everybody, so please take care of yo-self! With that in mind, spending so much time with my father I am reminding myself and all the caretakers out there to also practice self care today and every day. Even if its just taking time to have a nice long bubble bath. I love you all. Thank you for the likes and the always interesting commentary. I was busy telling myself I am okay. Sometimes, this is my busy and I will not apologize for it.
